Note on the use of cone in rotary digging engineering
1. The opening width of the cylinder wall should be just put into the claw or the base, and do not leave too much gap; The opening depth of the cylinder wall should ensure that the welded cone is exposed to 1/2 to 2/3 of the cylinder wall. Both sides of the cone wall top open splayed chamfer.
2. The installation sequence of the cone palm is likely to follow the principle of alternating positive and negative and complementary three rounds.
3. When welding the cone palm/base, ensure that the horizontal height of the cone palm is consistent and in the same circle, the protruding cone palm will be damaged in advance.
4. During welding, follow the principle that the cone should tilt 5°-7° to the back side of the claw. Do not tilt to the tip side of the wheel to avoid premature wear of the claw tip.
5. When welding, the cone palm should be immersed in water and welded in stages, focusing on the joint of the cutting claw and the cone to avoid the failure of the sealing ring or bearing lubrication system caused by high temperature.
6. The load range of each cone palm is 3 to 5 tons, which ensures that the barrel drill is within the pressure range in use.
