Non-magnetic drill collar is made of a low carbon high chromium manganese alloy steel, which is refined after a strict chemical composition ratio and forged to achieve its mechanical properties, with good low permeability, high strength mechanical properties, excellent intergranular corrosion cracking resistance and excellent wear resistance.
When the magnetic field intensity is 1× 105/4πA /m, the relative permeability of the non-magnetic drill collar μr≤1.010.
The magnetic intensity gradient of the non-magnetic drill collar is less than 0.05μT at any distance of 100mm along the inner hole.
