Polycrystalline diamond composite cutters (“PDC cutters” for short) are kind of composite material consists of polycrystalline diamond power and tungsten carbide, sintered by ultra high pressure and high temperature. The composite combines the physical advantages of both diamond and tungsten carbide - high toughness, high abrasion resistance and high impact resistance.Unirun flat PDC cutters for oil gas drilling are made by special interface design, can well optimized and promote the cutters’ performance, increase the drill bit’s mechanical speed, extend the drill bit’s working life, help customers to save the drilling cost and improve the efficiency.
