1. Drain the konjac penne noodles and rinse them with hot water (do this about five times) 2. Dry them as much as you can using a kitchen paper . 3. Put noodles into a non-stick pan, and dry fry them for 5-8 minutes or until they become firmer to the touch 4. As they are dry frying, separate them and turn them over with tongs so that the noodles dry evenly. 5. Toss the noodles into your prepared sauce or toss the sauce and the other ingredients into your prepared noodles, mix it all together, and serve.

What's Konjac ?
Konjac is a common name of the Asian plant Amorphophallus konjac which has an edible corm (bulbo-tuber). It is native in China and cultivated in warm subtropical to tropical eastern Asia, from Japan and China south to Indonesia. The food made from the corm of this plant is widely known in English by its Japanese name, konnyaku. The dried corm of the konjac plant contains around 60% glucomannan gum. Konjac has almost no calories, but is very high in fiber. Thus, it is often used as a diet food.
