Fan coil air conditioners are designed specially to meet the varied requirements of zone cooling or heating using chilled water or hot water. fan coils can be applied to two or four pipesystems to satisfy the requirements of a wide variety of air conditioning or heating application.
FCU (Fan coil unit) is available in concealed and exposed versions for ceiling an floor mounted installation. They offer effective zone control and are especially suitable for use in apartments, hotels,shopping centers, office buildings and hospitals.

Our Fan Coil Unit Feature & Advantages
The unit casing is of single skin type with inner insulation.Panel is made of galvanized steel. The standard insulation
consists of 8 mm fiber glass 5mm polyethylene insulation thus producing a rigid and robust panel. The casing is suitably stiffened to minimize drumming and vibration and fully protected against corrosion. The overall unit has a compact graceful finish with a only of 230mm height to easily fit into tight architectural ceiling Space.

Heat Exchanger - Coil
The coil is standard Cu/Al 3/8"OD having manifolds made of steel with threaded connections.The coil is provided with manual air-vent.The aluminum fins are pre-coated for protection by hydrophilic blue fin mechanically bonded to the copper tubes by precise machine expansion and tested to 3.3MPa pressure.

Condensate Drain Pan
The condensate drain pan is constructed of galvanized steel sheet (inner surface pre-coated).The drain pan is
lined with 7 mm polyethylene thermal insulation.The drain pan extends under the full length width of the coil and pitched for positive drainage. Fan-Motor Section Fan is direct drive forward centrifugal double inlet double width type,constructed from galvanized steel, dynamically statically balanced.

Fan motor is selected for maximum efficiency and low noise.
