LEAO low bed semi-trailers are usually used to transport heavy vehicles (such as tractors, buses, special vehicles, etc.), rail vehicles, mining machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery (such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, road pavers, cranes, etc.) and other heavy loads. LEAO uses advanced manufacture technology,make automatic submerged-arc welding for vertical beam,uses shot blasting treatment for integral frame,removes welding stress effectively,uses advanced fixture and technology during the whole production process,and ensure formation and assembly accuracy of work pieces.
1.The series of lowbed semi-trailers have flatbed, concave beam and tire exposed structure. The frame is stepped, and the longitudinal beam section is I-shaped, which has the characteristics of high rigidity and high strength.
2.The main plane of the frame and cargo platform is low, which ensures the stability of transportation and is suitable for carrying all kinds of construction machinery, large equipment and steel.
3.It adopts three-axis balance type, two-axis balance type or mechanical suspension, and a mass balance block is installed between the front and rear leaf springs, so that the deflection of the front and rear leaf springs can be changed in equal amounts, so that the front and rear axles are balanced in force, etc.
4.The whole frame of the lowbed trailer should be shot blasted to effectively eliminate welding residues. The vehicle body is electrophoretic coating, resistant to coating, and the coating effect can reach more than 10 years.
5.We adopt the world famous brand of parts, like JOST, WABCO braking valve etc. And the main part is Hydraulic support system. It is stable and long service life.
