ZP hole with seal
The ZP double acting piston seal consists of an integral rubber - cloth seal and two extruding retaining rings. The sliding surface is enhanced with a special clip cloth, which enables the necessary lubricating film between the seal and cylinder, even in the long period of high pressure static state. In this way, the starting friction force and friction force are reduced, and the dynamic surface wear of seals is greatly reduced.


Mainly used for hydraulic support and tunnel equipment double acting cylinder.

Working pressure: ≤500bar

Operating temperature: +5 to +60°C in HFA, HFB, HFC

Mineral oil -20 to +100°C
