Tricone Drill Bit
The tricone bit is one of the widely used drilling bits. It has the characteristics of adapting to a wide range of formations and high mechanical drilling speed. The tricone drill bit is composed of more than 20 parts such as cutting structure, bearing structure, locking element, oil storage sealing device, and nozzle device. The main products include series of mining drill bits with sizes ranging from 3'' to 28'', and mining drill bits of other sizes can be designed according to user requirements. In order to meet the special needs of drilling and formations, Yikuang Technology has continued to innovate in drill bit structures, and has developed new technologies such as palm back strengthening, palm back centering, anti-backflow valves, and special diameter protection of cones. Under the action of the drilling pressure and the rotation of the drill string, the teeth of the roller cone bit crush and eat into the rock, and at the same time, a certain amount of sliding occurs to shear the rock. When the cone rolls at the bottom of the well, the teeth on the cone impact and press into the formation in sequence. This action can crush part of the rock at the bottom of the well, and at the same time, the shearing effect caused by the sliding of the cone cuts away the remaining rock between the teeth. Part of the rock breaks the rock at the bottom of the well, allowing the wellbore to extend.
