Moonbay plastic panel can be installed with wind-proof lock. And tile pavers can sticked tightly onto panel by silicone glue. So the system not only preventing falling down but also wind-proofing.
Panel corners can be locked on the pedestal with a metal lock and screwto prevent windGlue can be applied to the surface and edges to fix the tiles to prevent wind.
