The double lip dust cleaner cleans and seals the oil when the connecting rod is retracted to eliminate the phenomenon of "oil discharge" (external leakage). Double lip dust scraping ring is secured with bearing fastener. These polyurethane wiper rings are coated with metal for increased strength. They are often referred to as "sealed" dust rings (coated with metal) or "J" type dust rings (metal is usually "J" type from the cross section).
