1.Are you manufacturer?
Yes,we have our own greige fabric and dye mill,print fabrics in our more than 8 years cooperated printing mill.we can control the greige fabric quality at the very beginning. We have the professional QA team with rich experience to guarantee dyeing and printing process.
2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in FoShan, China, you can come here by air to Guangzhou/ Foshan airport, and then call us to pick up.
3.Can we get the sample ?
Yes,we will provide swatch sample (size approx: 19cm * 19cm) and hanger sample (size approx:37cm * 25cm) free, you only need to pay the freight cost.When you place bulk order, we can return back the delivery cost.
4.We need customized colors,can be see what color look like in the fabric we wanted?
Solid dyed fabric, we can make lab-dip in your required colors for color checking.
Yarn dyed fabric, we can dye yarn sample with your designs for color checking.
Print fabric, we can make the SO sample with your require designs and colors.
5.We need meters to make apparel sample,is it ok?
If you choose our fabric, and we have ready yardages, we will send.
If you need customized fabric, we can develop 20kg based on customized colors and designs.
6.How long will it take to make the yardage development?
Solid dyed fabric
If it is regular fabric and we have greige fabric available, about 10-15days
If need to weave fabric first,15-25days based on fabric type.
Printed fabric
If it is regular fabric and we have greige fabric available, about 15-20days
If need to weave fabric first, 20-25days based on fabric type.
Yarn dyed fabric
about20-25days
7.MOQ
300KG/color
If less,like 25kg, 50kg, 100kg and so on, we can produce as well, just price difference and it will be a 100usd/color small lot dyeing extra charge.
The more the quantity, the cheaper the price.
Please do not worry about the MOQ, we can produce small quantity.
8.How long is the bulk delivery time?
About 30-45days after receiving your deposit, we can adjust the delivery date according to your ready-made clothes production.
9.What is your payment terms?
T/T 50% deposit in advance, 50% final payment should be paid before delivery.
