1. Are FOLAIERMAN a trading company?
No. We 100% are a factory, and our workshop is located in Sanjiao, Zhongshan, Guangdong Province.
2. What is your MOQ on the cigar cabinet humidor?
We do not set any MOQ, sample and self-use orders are welcome. Of course, the more you order, the better price we can offer.
3. Do you accept OEM orders?
FOLAIERMAN, registered in the UK, is widely used on our standard order. If the client orders over 20 pcs, the customized brand is welcomed.
4. What is your lead time?
20-25 days to LCL (less than container loading) order, and 35-40 days to FCL (full container loading) order.
5. What is your payment term?
30% TT in advance and balance before delivery.
6. What is your warranty on a cigar humidor?
1 year on whole body, and 3 years on compressor.
7. Do you have experience in exporting?
