5X5 column and boom welding manipulator
1. Both the column and the boom adopt the integral box structure, which has high mechanical strength, good stability and compact structure.
2. The boom telescopic adopts AC motor frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, the starting torque is large, the

5. The lifting and lowering of the boom and the bracket adopt the chain constant speed lifting method. The lifting is smooth,
uniform, and has a high safety factor. The column is equipped with a rebalancing device and a safety anti-falling
self-locking device.
6. The bracket is equipped with a walking pulley assembly and a boom walking reducer, and a double-row chain and an anti-fall
