Square Shape PDC Cutter is designed to cut and drill tubulars, as well as tiles and brick. This kind of PDC cutter has a large cutting area with a strong blade shaft, which ensures high efficiency while drilling and reduces the manufacturing cost. This product is applicable to various industries such as construction, mines, tunnels and so on.Materials: Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC)
Product Components:
Micron sized particles of synthetic diamond, sintered and integrally bonded to a cemented tungsten carbide substrate using a high-temperature/high-pressure process.
Specifications
Many trials indicate that the new cutting element is efficient at removing rock, and a bit equipped with these elements requires less mechanical specific energy (MSE) during drilling than does a bit with a conventional PDC cutter. In addition, the reduced cutting forces reduces bit torque and thus improves the drilling tools’ life and the bit directional performance.
