Multi-Function Waving Welding Carriage Machine Welding Carriage With Oscillation
♦High degree of automation ensures the stability of welding quality.
♦It improves work efficiency, which is 1.5 times that of manual welding.
♦It can achieve welding in various positions such as vertical welding, lateral welding and horizontal welding.
♦There are five welding functions to choose from: straight line walking, trapezoidal swinging, triangular swinging, rectangular swinging, and sawtooth swinging.
♦Various swing parameters such as swing mode, swing amplitude, swing speed, swing center position, and left and right dwell time can be individually adjusted.
♦Display the running speed, arc start and end time, left stop time, right stop time, swing speed, and swing amplitude of the car using a high brightness digital tube.
♦In order to prevent undercutting and insufficient welding during swing welding, a left and right swing stop time adjustment function is set.
♦When welding stops, the welding gun automatically returns to the center position of the weld bead.
♦It has automatic arc starting and stopping function, and the time can be adjusted separately.
