Aramid fiber Gland Packing

Aramid fiber packing is made of aramid fiber impregnated PTFE emulsion and lubricant. It is good chemical resistance, high rebound, low cold flow. It is three times stronger and five times lighter than a metallic wire. Therefore, compared with other types of packing, it can resist particle crystallization medium and higher temperature. It can be used alone or combined with other packing.

Material:

Armid (Kevlar) fiber and PTFE emulsion.

Application:

Reciprocating pump, mixer, agitator, reactor, valve.

Industry:

Chemical, agricultural chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, sugar, paper, electric power industry.

Medium:

Water, sewage, oil, grease, weak acid, and weak alkali solution, acid base solution, grinding medium. Suitable for wear-resistant medium containing solid particles, recommended for use in superheated steam, solvent, liquefied gas, syrup and other easily worn fluids.
