Description





The wheels have uniform structure. Their static balance performance is superior to the national standard specified value 30%-50%.The thickness deviation of a group crankshaft grinding wheels is not more than 0.2mm. The parallelism tolerance of two end faces is not more than 0.1mm. It has reached the international advanced level.


Product Paramenters


Most crankshaft wheels are Type 1. Some of the thicker wheels may be relieved or recessed to wheel Types 5, 7.






Crankshaft grinding is found throughout the automotive, truck, diesel, aircraft, small engine manufacturing industry and also in many engine rebuilding firms for regrinding of the pins and bearings. Wheel speeds of up to 2700m/min are most common, however, some production machines will run at higher speeds.

Cam grinding demands free cutting wheels with good form holding abilities together with the ability to maintain tight surface finish tolerances. Both vitrified and resinoid bonded wheels are used, depending on the material used and surface finish required.
