Products Overview
1.The RP453L paver is the first fully hydraulic small tire asphalt concrete paver launched in China. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive and electro-hydraulic automatic control, with advanced technology and reliable performance; the minimum width of the whole machine is only 2 meters, the smallest among similar products in China, with flexible maneuverability and a wide range of applications; the rear four-wheel drive technology effectively improves the driving force of the whole machine; the humanized design makes the use and maintenance of the product simple and convenient, and the product has a high cost performance.
2.The RP453L paver can be widely used in municipal road construction, urban community road construction, township-to-village road construction, highway and various levels of highway maintenance operations, which can effectively improve the flatness and density of the working road surface.
Performance Characteristics
1.The first fully hydraulic small tire paver in China, the hydraulic components are selected from well-known domestic and foreign companies to ensure product reliability.
2.The left and right sides of the material delivery are independent, and the single-side chain adopts a unique single chain double scraper form, which effectively improves the material conveying capacity of the whole machine.
3.It adopts electro-mechanical and hydraulic integrated control technology, and is equipped with two longitudinal slope electronic automatic leveling instruments as standard to ensure a higher flatness of the paved road surface.
4.The ironing plate adopts hydraulic stepless telescopic extension, which is suitable for widening road working conditions; the stepless adjustable vibration frequency meets the needs of different working conditions.
