LOWBED SEMI TRAILER
Lowbed semi trailer mainly transport heavy vehicles, mechanical equipment and non-rotating cargo. Examples include tractors, loaders, excavators, bulldozers and special vehicles. Used in all walks of life, with stability, safety, strong cargo capacity, transportation is very convenient. We have many types of lowbed semi trailer with a load capacity of 30 to 200 tons, which can also be customized according to customers.Advantages of lowbed semi trailer：
1>Strong trailer frame was made from Q345B/Q550/Q690/HG60,The advantages of Q550/Q690/HG60 are high strength, strong bearingcapacity and 2-3 times of other materials.
2>It has flat type, concave beams type and tyre appear type.The front longitudinal adopts flat type or goose neck type. Its
chassis is ladder type,longitudinal beam section is H-shaped. It has good rigidity and high strength.
3>Heavy duty type suspension:Mechanical, airbag, and rigid suspension to meet your transportation demand.
4>Strong low bed trailer ramp,leaf spring type,folding hydraulic type optional.
5>Two pieces spare tire carriers, water tank, fuel tank, etc, are optional accessories which build modern transportation.

Can choose FUWA/BPW/QUEST/other axle.Integrated advanced low-Alloy axle beam,,whole axle beam no welding.Strong carrying capacity and high bending strength.Axle maintenance-free could reach 3 year/400000 kilometers.
TYRE
Can choose TRIANGLE,LINGLONG,MINCHELIN and other famous brand.Better performance in wear resistance.
Optional JOST and other brand landing gear.Landing gear warranty come with above 5 years long.Gear box with low temperature premium chassis lube rated for service from -30℃～-100℃.
The patterned platform prevents the goods from sliding and rolling. Side panels can also be added.
GOOSENECK AND BEAM
Gooseneck stiffeners increase the payload capacity of the low bed trailer.Beam welding technology makes the structure more reliable.

●Price with long valid time -- We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adjust our price based on two situations: The rate of USD:RMB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates. Manufacturers/factories adjusted the trailer price, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
D. What logistics ways we can work for shipment?
●We can ship all trailer by various transportation tools.
●For 90% of our shipment, we will go by sea, to all main continents such as South America, Middle East, Africa, Oceania etc, either by container or RoRo/Bulk Shipment.
●For neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan,Mongolia etc, we can ship trucks by road .
