Ans.: We provide customized services for all HDD drill rods,like XCMG,VERMEER, DITCHWITCH, CASE etc.
Pls provide us with details of drill rods, such as HDD machine brand, the length and outer diameter of drill rods.
2.What is the advantages of our kelly bar?
Ans.:We use super quality seamless steel pipe material, which makes the drill rods more durable, and our drill rods with competitive price,no matter you are dealers or end user,you will get the biggest profit.
3. What warranty do we provide?
Ans.: We provide 12 months warranty time.
4.How about the delivery time ?
Ans: Usually it will take 5 to 7days after receiving your deposit.
About standard products, we always have in stock and can deliver immediately. But customized products will take more time, depending on the requirements of your order.
5.What payment terms do we accept?
Ans.: 100% TT in advance is very appreciated.
We accept 30% T/T in advance,and 70% balance payment should be paid before delivery;
or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight with the terms we agreed can also be accepted.
