Piston oil seal OB

Scope of application

OB type piston seals are mainly used in heavy hydraulic equipment and are particularly suitable for double acting pistons. These seals are suitable for working pressures up to 50MPa and in some cases higher.

Standard material

Seal ring: filled with modified thermoplastic material

Expansion ring: Nitrile rubber NBR

- Resistant to impact load

- Even after holding pressure for a long time, the friction of starting and moving is very low

- Due to the open structure of the hydraulic cylinder seal, it is easy to install on the integral piston without the need for auxiliary tools

- High wear resistance

- Due to the special material properties of the hydraulic cylinder seal ring, it has strong extrusion resistance under high pressure and large clearance

- Suitable for groove combination sealing OB according to ISO 7425-1 international standard
