Specification
1.The Dump Trailer is the main product of our company. It use high stength full thickness Steel, titanium content of 0.98‰, which ensure Beam and frame’s Toughness and strength. The strong Loading Capacity, 30-100 Tons Loading Range.
2.The frame chassis of this series adopts the through-beam structure, and the frame structure includes straight and gooseneck types. The overall strength is high, the weight is light, the appearance is beautiful, and the use is safe and reliable.
3.Using advanced manufacturing technology, submerged arc automatic welding is used for longitudinal beams. 42 strong reinforcing ribs are designed to ensure the safety and carrying capacity of the trailer.
4.The whole frame of the dump trailer should be shot blasted to effectively eliminate welding residues. The vehicle body is
electrophoretic coating, resistant to coating, and the coating effect can reach more than 10 years.
