Description
The 23QB-L15 two-position-three-normally closed air-controlled directional valve is a new advanced air control valve that is a replacement for the original QF506 dual-purpose air relay.
The 23QB-L15 two-position-three-normally closed pneumatic control valve is composed of valve body, valve stem, valve cover, piston, lower cover, seal, spring and other components.
The valve has an air source port (P), an output port (A), an exhaust port (O) and a control port (K).
Under the action of controlling the air, the piston in the valve moves forward, and the mesh core and sealing ring open up the air source port and the output port, and at the same time cut off the connection between the output port and the exhaust port, so that the valve operates.
In the absence of controlled air, the output port is connected to the exhaust port, through which the compressed air in the actuator and output line is emptied.
This valve is used in the pneumatic control system of oil drilling rigs and geological exploration drilling rigs for remote control and shut-off of inlet and outlet gas. The valve can also be used in pneumatic systems of other equipment.
