FRP rebar
The FRP rebar is made from high strength glass fibers along with an extremely durable vinyl ester resin. The glass fibers impart strength to the rod while the vinyl ester resin imparts excellent corrosion resistance properties in harsh chemical and alkaline environments. For improved stiffness and mechanical properties a carbon/vinyl ester product is available.FRP rebar significantly improves the longevity of civil engineering structures where corrosion is a major factor.

Hebei Zhongtian FRP Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008, located in Dongzi's former residence - Zaoqiang County, Hebei Province. Zaoqiang County is China's GFRP industry cluster district, the "China FRP base County" and "national GFRP material industrialization base". Zhongtian covers an area of 36,630 square meters, and the workshop production area is 24,500 square meters. It is close to Daguang Expressway, Beijing-Kowloon Railway and Beijing-Kowloon high-speed Railway, and the transportation is very convenient. It has three subsidiaries, of which Zaoqiang Donghe Composite Material Products Co., Ltd. mainly produces FRP environmental protection equipment and water treatment integrated equipment, FRP pipes and pipe fittings. BWFRP power pipe is the first production company in North China; Hebei Guangmei Advanced Materials Co., LTD with manufacturing and sales of FRP supporting products and resin gelcoat products. Hebei Zhonghu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. mainly produces carbon fiber products, FRP composite bars etc. other new materials.
Zhongtian is equipped with these facilities as FW-4000 microcomputer control winding machine, BWFRP power tube braiding-winding machine, pultrusion equipment, molding equipment, spraying and injection equipment, RTM vacuum import equipment, carbon fiber pultrusion machine and weaving machine for composite bars.
The main products cover petroleum, gas, water conservancy, environmental protection, chemical, power and wind power, construction etc. other industrial fields. Zhongtian has two categories of products, the first is carbon fiber products series: Prestressed carbon fiber plate, carbon fiber composite reinforcement bar and carbon fiber protective devices. Second, FRP product series: CFGJ high strength corrosion resistant glass fiber sleeve, BWFRP power tube, Biological waste gas treatment device, FRP cover for sewage tank, FRP towers, FRP chimney, FRP would pipe/FRP process pressure pipe/RPM pipe/air duct and pipe fittings, wound FRP storage tank, Integrated sewage pumping station, various FRP pultrusion profiles, FRP cable tray, FRP grating, SMC molding products, FRP products with manual lay-up and rubber & plastic products.
In 2016, Zhongtian successfully passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and EH45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification. This laid the foundation for Zhongtian to go global.
