1. Brief Introduction of Garment Waste Tearing Machine

 The waste cloth recycling machine is used for tearing waste garments / cloth / yarn waste / 

cotton and making them into fine fibers.The new fibers can be used for filling of quilting, pillow , wadding or spinning.

1. This kind waste cloth recycling machine is most advanced opening machine. it can automatic collect cotton       which drop down the floor.

2. This machine can be used in textile industry, toy factory, waste processing plant etc. 

   It is economic and saving labor.

3. Recycling waste textiles/garments/cloth/cotton into new fibers. The new fibers can be used for home textile,      non-woven, spinning and weaving.

 

Introduction of our waste cloth recycling machine:

1.According to the customer requirements, recycling production line have different configuration: 600mm/500mm opening machine, 250mm / 400mm cleaning machine.

 

2.Some customer have a big capacity demand, so we designed a widen machine,the working width can be 1040mm, 1300mm, 1500mm.

 

3.From the safety and save labor view,we designed a full-closed cover which make the production working smoothly, more safety and low noise, meanwhile imporved the output.
