Product Description
This module is a highly integrated industrial-grade long-distance low-frequency RFID card reader module. The module supports the reading of EM4305, HITAG256, TK4100, EM4100, EM1001 and other cards. It can read 134.2K FDX-B format tags and 125K EMID format tags that comply with ISO11784/85 protocols. The module comes with a card reading status indicator and communicates externally through the UART port. Users only need to provide power and simply send instructions to the UART to realize the card reading operation without understanding the complex RF decoding protocol. The module directly outputs decimal and hexadecimal card numbers with data header, data tail and checksum, which is easy to program.
The module is small in size, stable in performance, simple to use, and can be easily integrated into the customer's system. The module has high card reading sensitivity, long distance, fast speed, no blind spots, no missed card reading, and automatic tuning function. It can automatically adjust the antenna resonance parameters according to environmental and temperature changes, and always maintain the best card reading state. Even when the environment around the antenna is bad, it has good card reading performance.
Card reading distance: Tested with a 13CM diameter circular antenna, 2x12mm glass tube is greater than 15CM, and 30mm animal ear tag is greater than 30CM. Using a 24CM diameter circular antenna to read a 30mm animal ear tag is greater than 50CM. The actual card reading distance is related to the antenna size, power supply, environment and label. Antennas of different shapes and sizes can be customized according to user requirements to meet different reading distance requirements.
