Product Overview
SCRXQ-W2-SW-L flow switch: composed of stainless steel body, flow rotor assembly, steady flow assembly and Hall element. When water flows through the rotor assembly, the magnetic rotor rotates and the speed changes linearly with the flow rate.
The water flow sensor uses the Hall effect of Hall element to measure the magnetic physical quantity. The positive electrode of the Hall element is inserted into the negative electrode resistor, and the 5V DC voltage is applied and the current direction is orthogonal to the magnetic field direction. When water drives the magnetic rotor to rotate through the turbine switch housing, rotating magnetic fields of different magnetic poles are generated, and magnetic induction lines are cut to generate high and low pulse levels.
