Internal control standards
1. Chemical composition of calcium core:
Ca≥97%
2. Nominal diameter of cored wire: 9.0～9.0+0.6mm; steel strip thickness: 1.0±0.05mm;
3. Requirements for weight per meter of cored wire: calcium core weight ≥52g/m, steel strip weight ≤210g/m
4. Degreasing and rust removal should be done before steel strip coating. The calcium core should be kept dry and no other impurities should be allowed to mix. The cored wire should be coated firmly, without core leakage, no seams, no thread removal, no empty coating, no oil or rust on the surface.
5. Packaging requirements: The weight of the iron frame should meet the general requirements for cored wire. The outer contour of the product should be tightly wrapped with plastic film, and there should be a non-fading label on the outside, indicating the name, main element content, size, weight, production unit, and production date.
