HJB-6 Cement grouting pump

The HJB-6 cement grouting pump is a horizontal double-acting reciprocating piston pump.The pump has two independent cylinders, two slurry suction ports and two slurry discharge ports. It can perform double-liquid grouting operations. The slurry discharge ratio is 1:1. The grouting speed is controlled by the gearbox and divided into 4 speeds, corresponding to different slurry discharge volumes. Since the two cylinders of the cement grouting pump output slurry at the same time, through the mixer, the mixing can achieve a more accurate mixing ratio, and the gel time of the slurry is easier to control, so that the diffusion radius of the slurry can be effectively controlled, thereby improving the quality of the grouting project and reducing the cost of the grouting project. The double-liquid variable cement grouting pump is mainly used for soft foundation reinforcement, tunnel grouting, water blocking and consolidation grouting of broken rocks.
