Product Introduction
Fine bubble diffuser, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down the pollutants. Fine bubble disc diffuser series combines effective design, low installation costs, reliability and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes. Special designed the slits cut opining, patterns and spacing between the slits for high oxygen transfer and longtime operation.
Standard Membrane Material:
We provide diffusers that are specially designed for a plethora of applications. The special low plasticizer EPDM is aimed at beverage production, and food and animal processing. The silicone membrane diffuser is specifically created for refining processes, petrochemicals, and the paper industry.
Anti-fouling Surface for Membrane Material:
Relatively based on the latest nano technology, the surface of the membrane materials are meant to prevent the accumulation of both biological and solid encrustations.
Reinforced Polypropylene Support Dish and Ring:
We provide tube diffusers with hoops and support pipe that are strengthened and well-protected by glass fibers for optimum chemical resistance. With this sturdy support pipe, it can endure varying temperatures and resist harmful UV rays. All tube diffusers come with built-in non-return valves to ensure safety and security of the water treatment process. This valve controls the build-up of sludge and prevents its infiltration into the aeration system, especially when the air flow is sporadic.

3. 304 ss material ear clamp. Product adopts single-ear pole clamp which make product bear 360 degree uniform stress. Under heat expansion and contraction as well as vibration, it can play a spring regulating effect. All single-ear clamps are 304 stainless steel material. It is more reliable in waste water.
4. Tail end design. The tail end of the aerator can be equipped with baffle part, which reserves counter weight airvents and screw holes for tail fix ation.

Feature
1, The EPDM membrane pipe is made from imported ethylene-propylene diene copolymer (EPDM) or silicon rubber, which makes the membrane anti-aging, corrosion-resisting and long service life, as long as 5 to 8 years.
2, The aerating hole is evenly formed, leading to good expandability and instant closing. During aerating work, the fine bubbles (1 – 3 mm) can be generated and the oxygenation utilization can be as high 35 – 42%.
3, The gas vent is used to distribute the gas in a quick and even way. The aerating membrane stresses evenly, which can increase the service life of the rubber diaphragm pipe and the uniformity of released bubbles and improve the aerating effect.
