Hydraulic Double-Acting Piston Sealing SPGO seal/Glyd ring Compact Seals
Spgo seal, also known as glyd ring, is a low friction piston seal, which improves the perfect combination of sealing performance and service life by optimizing contact pressure and reducing the heat generated by friction. The D-section of this seal combines two special groove designs to maintain sufficient lubricating oil film between the seal and the contact surface, which can ensure sufficient friction.Spgo seal for two-way piston seal of Hydraulic cylinder, to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston,allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.
Glyd ring is composed of PTFE + bronze seal ring and rubber O-ring, which can be used under the working conditions of 40MPa pressure and - 25 ℃ to + 220 ℃. Even under harsh working conditions, the seal still has a long lifecycle. The super mechanical and elastic properties make the seal suitable for the oil cylinder with poor surface of the inner wall of the cylinder bore. In strong hydraulic applications, high pressure is usually accompanied by high temperature, and the glyd ring can work freely under pressure. With it, we can maintain the long lifecycle of the seal under harsh working conditions. Glyd ring is mainly used in industrial applications. For example: construction machinery, bulldozer equipment, mobile crane, forklift and other walking machinery schemes.
