It is produced by foreign advanced production technology and is made of high-grade rutile titanium dioxide. It has different surface treatment methods from R919 and R218. High hiding power, achromatic power and fluidity, excellent weatherability and chalking resistance. Widely used in the production of paints, coatings, plastics, paper, rubber and ink.
