The VPC series efficient Venturi scrubber
This Mini Excavator delivers power and performance in a compact size to help you work in the tightest applications. Its ability to fit through a narrow doorway makes it an excellent machine for indoor demolition work.
The VPC series efficient Venturi scrubber ingeniously utilizes the kinetic energy of gas-liquid two-phase flow and the different proportions of mass flow to form an appropriate gas-liquid mixing degree to complete different tasks.
Gas flow: The gas flow carrying harmful substances (dust/smoke) rapidly and fully mixes with fine mist droplets at the venturi throat, forming supersaturated steam. After leaving the venturi throat, the supersaturated steam quickly condenses into large droplets with particles as condensation nuclei. Then, the gas flow rapidly rotates to flush the water surface and form a dense liquid curtain barrier to capture dust for a second time. After that, the gas flow rotates upwards, and the particles carried by the gas are separated from the gas and mixed into the water due to inertia and centrifugal force, while the purified gas is pressurized by a fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Water washing process: The circulating water enters the venturi throat and becomes the dispersed phase, which enters the rear separator with the gas flow and condenses again into continuous phase fluid, carrying impurities such as dust and oil droplets along the inner wall of the device into the circulating water tank. The wastewater goes through graded filtration and precipitation, with light particles floating on the water surface and heavy particles settling at the bottom of the tank. The floating sludge and sediment are periodically scraped to the discharge outlet by a sludge scraper or a float scum scraper(optional), and finally, these pollutants are manually transported to specific disposal sites.
