The LC cooling tower fill is one of our major cross flow cooling tower fills. This cooling tower fill is distingguish into A and B on the surface, which is different for gluing Point. The distance between two pieces are 19-20mm more or less. The thickness are 0.27mm to 0.38mm, the length and the width is fixed.
There are 4 sizes per piece : 750mm*800mm/piece, 750mm*1600mm/piece, 1000mm*1200mm/piece and 375mm*800mm/piece.

If the outside temperature is higher than 40 degree, the PVC film fill will be deformed within 1-2 hours under the strong sunshine. No matter it is 100% new PVC or recycle PVC, the strong sunshine will deform it very fast.
* Please do not use the airtight or air impermeability material packing the PVC fill, such as the transparent plastic film or bubble plastic film. That will keep the PVC fill in a higher temperature without any cool air come in and may bring some deformed.
* Please do not use the PVC cooling tower fill if the water temperature is more than 60 degree.
