Q1: What is your warranty & support policy? A1: Chenyao (CY) provide one-year warranty for Customer Self-Repair (CSR) parts. CY Hardware Products are designed with many CSR parts to minimize repair time and allow for greater flexibility in performing defective parts replacement. If during the diagnostic period, CY identifies that the repair can be accomplished by the use of a CSR part, CY will ship that part directly to you for replacement. If you request CY or an CY authorized service provider to replace these parts, you will be charged for the travel and labor costs for this service. You are required to cooperate with CY or an CY authorized service provider in attempting to resolve the problem by phone call, WhatsApp voice/video call, instant message, or email. This may involve performing routine diagnostic procedures, installing software updates or patches, removing third-party options and/or substituting options. If assistance is required, you can contact CY technical support, and a technician will help you using online chat, WhatsApp voice/video call, email, or phone call.
Q2: Do you have any service station or repair shop in my country? A2: Customer care or service center is not available outside mainland China up till now.
Q3: Could you provide a sample for free? A3: No. But we can offer wholesaling price for just one sample.
Q4: Could you provide OEM service and print my logo/trademark? A4: Yes. You should send us authorization letter of printing your logo on products.
