Application:

ACWU 90 cables are primarily intended for exposed and concealed wiring in dry or wet locations

and where exposed to the weather. For use in ventilated, non-ventilated, and ladder type cable

trays in wet and dry locations; direct earth burial; service entrance above or below ground.

Structure:

Conductor:  Three or four compact 8000 Series ACM aluminum conductors with bare aluminum bonding wire in multi-conductor cables

Insulation:   low temperature cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE)

Assemble wrap:  Conductor assembly paper or PP tape wrapped

Armored :  Interlocked aluminum armor

Overall Jacket:  a low flame spread PVC jacket

Conductor color:   Black, red and white for 3 conductor;  black, red, blue and white for 4 conductor

Standard:  CSA Standard C22.2 No. 174 ; CSA C22.2 N° 51

There are some different packing methods for different cables, packing length and clients' requirement.

The following 3 methods are the most popular:

1. For small wires, like housing wire, THW, THHN, etc, by coils or plastic drums;

2. For the power cables less than 1Ton per drum: wooden drums or steel-wooden drums;

3. For >4Ton: steel drum.

All the package including the pallets are fumigated, suitable for exporting.

(4).What about the lead time for mass production?
