The Metal alloy ingot casting unit is used for fully automatic control and production of various grades of cast alloy ingots. The casting unit can meet the requirements of continuous production 24 hours a day, and the production process requirements of casting and automatic stacking of various grades of cast alloy ingots.
After the metal alloy liquid flows into the distributor of the ingot casting machine, the distributor is evenly injected into the ingot mold of the chain ingot casting machine, and the ingot mold is cooled at the bottom of the mold until the indirect water-cooled ingot is sufficiently cooled and solidified After forming, the ingots are dropped on the ingot chute through the mechanical rapping and demoulding device, and the finished ingots are stacked manually according to the prescribed procedures, and then transported to the warehouse area by the forklift in the factory.
