Main Function And Feature
The machine is mainly made up of frame, electrical control system, filling system, pressure
preparing and pressure keeping system.
1. Performance is stable and reliable with high working efficiency. It is developed and designed
for all kinds of beer refreshing vessels (stainless steel keg, plastic keg, draft beer keg), and it is
also used for filling of all kinds of beverage.
2. All procedures are wholly automatically controlled by SIMEMS PLC from Germany. All
technical parameters (time value) can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
3. The electricity, air and pipe lines are all separated individually, avoiding short circuit caused
by condensed water because of the ultra‐low environment temperature, and convenient for
repairing.
4. It is supplied with self cleaning function. The cleaning and sanitizing process is simple and no
residue is left.
5. Anaerobic filling technology is adopted to guarantee the purity of beer and its delicious
flavor.
6. The function of the pressure keeping system is stable, and liquor loss is the lowest in the
similar products.

Filling Process:
Load the keg → Pressing → co2 pressure preparing → CO2 blowing spear → open the spear → filling →Co2 blowing filling heads→ stop → unload the keg;

Shipping and Packaging
FCL shipping
1. Shipping department will work out the checking list with all that will be shipped.
2. Different parts will be packed in different wooden box for customers to find easily
3. All tanks ports with a plastic cover to prevent dust;
4.Tanks on cradle must be secured with bolts.
5. The cradle and tanks will be fixed inside the container by bolts and steel wires.
6. After shipping, we will have the completed loading pictures and checking list with all parts pictures provided to customers.
