Step 3: Pick the font, text, and digital style you need
Decorating players’ ice hockey uniforms with their team logo, name and/or number increases confidence and team spirit, which helps to improve performance. When it comes to graphics and lettering capabilities, Cheervar enjoys a national reputation for quality. We offer professional-quality screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill and appliqué work, and we can combine several of these processes to achieve the look you want. We use your design or create one for you, and you can approve the final copy before anything is printed.

Trim Processes
At Cheervar, we specialize in sublimation printing. Unlike tackle twill, sublimation does not add weight to the jersey. We use this method to customize lightweight garments using any colors and any pattern, no matter how outrageous. Are you looking for tie-dye, camo or uniquely designed jerseys?
If you prefer a more traditional look, we has screen printing, tackle twill and embroidery capabilities as well. Crests can be added to jerseys using a combination of stitched embroidery and twill appliqué. We do all decorating, numbering and lettering right here in our factory, so you know that these processes are held to the same strict standards to which we hold our custom jerseys and uniforms.

Shipping
Your order is inspected and counted one last time before being prepared for delivery. After your garments are checked and cleaned of any stains and loose threads, they are steam pressed, folded and professionally boxed into our Cheervar Packages. We ship orders daily via UPS/DHL/Fedex, and all boxes contain a detailed packing list with a thorough accounting of your order.

1. What is the turn-round time for jerseys?
An order takes approx. 1-2 weeks to ship from the time we receive your deposit, Larger orders may take a bit take longer. If you have a rush deadline, please email us to see if we can accommodate your deadline.
2. How much is shipping for jerseys?
The cost of shipping depends on the size of the order, your location and the shipping service.
3. Does it cost more fee to add logos, numbers, or name?
For the information on the jerseys only heat transfer processing is required, including numbers and player names, sponsor logos, sleeve logos, league logos, flags, etc. The cost of these is free of charge. If you need other processes to process the jerseys, the specific cost will be a little more expensive than heat transfer printing, but generally not very expensive, because most of the processes we use machines to process, far more efficient and affordable than
manual, please feel free to say your ideas, we try to meet your expectations.
4. What file we need to provide for our jerseys design?
