The company was founded in 2019, formerly known as Haiyang Qinghong Garment Co., Ltd. It is a professional garment company with 20 years of experience in producing sweaters and knitwear. The factory covers an area of 35000 square meters, with a building area of 20000 square meters and more than 470 employees. The company has a sweater factory and a knitting factory, specializing in the processing and sales of two major categories of products: sweaters and knitted clothing, with a sales revenue of about 200 million yuan. The company has independent import and export rights, and its products are mainly sold to countries and regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Africa. The sweater workshop has advanced production lines, including more than 200 German Stoll computerized knitting machines, 122 domestic Cixing computerized machines, over 200 sewing machines, 17 electric sewing machines, 3 overlock sewing machines, 2 punching machines, 2 nail locking machines, 5 washing and washing machines, 9 drying machines, and 80 ironing tables. It also has complete supporting equipment. The sweater factory currently has over 350 employees and processes more than 4 million sweater series products annually, equipped with a Japanese quality inspection company.
The knitting workshop adopts the Korean assembly line management mode and is equipped with three advanced assembly line equipment. The main models include two LK1900ASS computerized knotting machines produced by Japan Heavy Machinery, two LBH-781 locksmith machines, two MB377NS nail fastening machines, and two one needle waist pulling machines produced in Taiwan. There are also 20 Pegasus three needle five thread machines, 40 Pegasus four thread overlock sewing machines, and 30 Taiwan made flat sewing machines, as well as auxiliary equipment such as computerized typesetting machines, automatic drawing machines, overlock needle inspection machines, and fully automatic cutting machines. We currently have over 120 employees and produce over 1.5 million pieces of clothing annually.
