The 23QB-L8 two-position, three-position normally closed pneumatic control valve is an advanced new type of pneumatic control valve, which is a modification of the original QF506 dual-purpose gas relay.
The 23QB-L8 two-position-three-usually closed pneumatic control valve is composed of valve body, valve sample, cap, live cold, lower cover, seal, elastic and other parts.
The valve has an air source port (P), an output port (A), an exhaust port (0) and a control port (K), through the action of the control gas, the piston in the valve moves forward, the valve core and the seal open the air source port and the output port communicate, and at the same time cut off the channel between the output port and the exhaust port. In the absence of control gas, the output port is connected with the exhaust port, and the compressed air in the actuator and the output line is emptied through the exhaust port.
The valve is used for long-distance control and short-distance intake and gas intake and release in the pneumatic control system of oil drilling rigs and geological exploration drilling rigs. The valve can also be used in pneumatic systems of other installations.
