H type fully automatic layer cage includes 6 parts:

1.Cage frame
Galvanized sheet ,the material strength can reach more than 450MPa, and galvanized coat content reach 275g, C shape leg is formed of hot galvanized sheet ,it is firm and easy to clean. The distance between adjacent legs is 1206mm, so that it make frame firm and strong. Because of accurate processing, diagonal tolerance is within 1.5mm. Accurate assembly make a error no more than 37.5px in 100m length.
The whole frame is made of Aluminum-Zinc plate, with reasonable design, durable, not easy to deform, and more firm; the use of high-precision CNC machine tools for positioning and cutting ensures that the error range of a 100-meter-long chicken house does not exceed 1 cm.
Each tier is connected and fixed with two upper and lower steel plates, and a triangular reinforcing plate is designed at the lower end, so that each cage can effectively distribute the pressure evenly regardless of the longitudinal or transverse force, thereby reducing.
The tension deformation of the cage makes the device more stable during use.
2.Cage mesh
• Cage mesh material galvanized coat content reach 275g, GALFAN wires (5%AL 95%zinc) life service is up to 20 years.
• All wires used are Q235 high-quality wires with high carbon content, good elasticity, and elongation not exceeding 30. • The thinnest wire can be drawn to 1.20-1.80mm, while ordinary wires cannot reach this standard.
Therefore, the products processed from this high quality wire have the advantages of good elasticity, not easy to deform, and long service life.
• The thickness of the original wire is 6.5mm. Traditional wire drawing uses 3 processes. In order to ensure that the surface of the steel wire is not scratched, our wire drawing goes through 6 processes, and the wire is flat and smooth, to avoid the hurt of chicken scratch.
• Hot-dip galvanized processing has the advantages of thicker galvanization, longer salt spray resistance and stronger corrosion resistance. It is generally used in the corrosion resistance of industrial equipment.
• Our hot-dip galvanized process includes: rust removal, cleaning, flux, zinc immersion, cooling, air drying, etc.
3. Feeding system
One trolley one row, the feeding trolleys run steadily and distribute feed even. More over the trolleys can be set to run automatic. The trough is shaped of hot galvanized sheet, that bended through 11 bends. Plug-in connecting structure make trough solid, smooth and precise, the cage frame is more reliable. V-shape bottom ensure the feed distributed uniformly and the chicken can eat up completely, no feed waste.
4. Drinking system
Drinking system includes PVC square water pipe, nipple drinker, V-shaped water trough and regulator. The size of square water pipe is 22*22mm. Nipple drinker is made of stainless steel 304, rotated 360 degrees. The service life of nipple drinker is can reach 10~15 years. Below the water line is the V-shaped water trough. It can prevent water from falling on the manure belt.
5. Egg collection system
Egg collection system includes egg belt and vertical or central egg collection machine. Our egg belt is made of Nylon.
6. Manure cleaning system
Manure cleaning system includes manure belt, manure cleaning machine, horizontal manure cleaning and vertical manure cleaning machine. Our manure belt is made of raw PP material with smooth surface. Manure cleaning machine is sprayed by plastic. It is not easy to rust.
