0.4l planetary ball mill machine working principle

XQM series planetary ball mill has four ball grinding tanks installed on one turnplate.

When the turnplate rotates, the tank axis makes planetary movements and the balls

in the tanks grinds and mixes samples in high speed movement. The product can

smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or

wet methods. Minimum granularity of grinded products can be as small as 0.1

micron (i.e.) 1.0×10-4mm).

  It depends on property of material and grinding process you set. Generally, most of materials can be ground into nano scale powder. Meanwhile, we provide sample grinding experiment free of charge if you send us sample of your material.

  We have lots of regular Models in stock. Packing can be done within 3 working days after your full payment is confirmed. Delivery time is about 5 days by courier. Therefore, you are expected to get the equipment in about 10 days after your payment confirmed.
