Description

USE:
1.Chocolate ball making machine compose of chocolate cold roller with 10HP cooling compressor, three layers cooling tunnel with 8HP cooling compressor, chocolate rims separator unit and two drums of cooling glycol mixture.

2.Chocolate ball making machine is used for producing chocolate beans in various shapes by the technology of cold rolling. The shapes of chocolate bean include chocolate ball, chocolate egg, chocolate lentil (like M&M), chocolate heart etc.

3. Real chocolate and compound chocolate are both workable to make in this machine.

In standard model of machine, there is one set of cold roller included. For optional function, there is space for two sets of cold rollers in the machine. We can manufacture two sets of cold rollers for two sizes and shapes of chocolate bean in the same one machine based on extra cost of second set of cold roller.

 

We have two models for chocolate bean forming machine, one model is TQCJ400 with roller size of 400mmx414mm, and another model is TQCJ600 with roller size of 600mmx414mm.
