Easy Operate
The machine’s process including clamping and alignment of web and flange, automatic tack-welding is controlled with PLC. Main machine is driven by A.C.inberter, Stable and reliable.Upper press-beam is guided thru left and right four rails, ensuring steady clamping of long time use.
Precise Positioning
The synchronous clamping system of the assembling machine to make the wings and webs initially automatically center the way, which fundamentally slows down and avoids the phenomenon of tail swinging during the assembling of the section steel.

When the main engine part is working, the wing and web are automatically and accurately aligned, which avoids the manual adjustment process when one side is manual. The lifting beam is guided by four square rails, so that the assembly of variable cross-section beams is more stable.
