  •  Working Principle

During the blowing process, the air leakage could make the film narrow, then the transducer close to the film will feedback this
signal to main controller, and open the electromagnetic valve to feed air to mould, with the alarm, until the film’s width is
regular, then close the electromagnetic valve without alarm.


Torque motor controller is a new type of electronic voltage regulator controller with inductive (resistive) load. It is used for controlling the running speed of the torque motor on film-blowing machines and bag-making machines or other kinds of machines. The torque motor controller is equipped on the winding part of the film blowing machine or air bubble film-making machine, to control the winding speed.
