 The winder machine is synchroized with high speed micro slitter, with automatic tension control.

 

Features:

- Pressure of each bobbin on winding rack is adjustable.

- Press rolls are moves up and down aotumatically. (Optional)

- Gearbox is designed to move left and right in uniform, to lower the yarn reverse possibilities. (Optional)

- Special press rolls work reliably even with rich oil film, wihtout twist.
