Vibration level switches RIZUR-500 are designed to control the level of liquids, also, signaling its presence/absence at industrial facilities of chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. The equipment is used in open or closed tanks, including the ones under pressure in processing units.
The device is used: in pipelines (in order to protect the pumps from drainage); in containers with various liquids; in tanks with cooling and lubricating fluids; in cleaning and filtering systems. Vibration level switch RIZUR-500 can be installed in both horizontal and vertical positions.
Depending on configuration, level switch can have output signal - 'dry contact' or 'current loop'. In the version with the output signal 'dry contact', the switch is equipped by two relays.
Working parameters of the relay are discussed when ordering: one relay is triggered by the liquid level, and the second by the presence of adhesion, the presence of self-diagnosis errors or power failure; both relays work on liquid level. In the version with the output signal 'current loop', when ordering, you can specify any operating levels of the 'current loop' current within 4 - 20mA (7 - 14mA, 8 - 16mA, etc.).

Then all information is transmitted either to the planning and dispatching department of the engineering-and-design department.
The company's planning and dispatching department distributes orders for production and monitors their fulfillment in accordance with the deadlines.
Specialists of the engineering-and-design department develop drawings and project documentation for equipment in accordance with customer's technical requirements. The manufacturing department produces the necessary products for the customer.
The sewing workshop produces soft enclosures of various configurations, sizes and purposes. Soft enclosures are universal thermo-insulating covers for instrumentation and control, shutoff and flow fittings, Euro pallets, flange connections, pipelines and impulse lines. Soft enclosures are manufactured according to the drawings developed by the company's design department, in strict compliance with the customer's requirements.
Heating boxes are assembled in the GRP workshop and completed with equipment: instrumentation, heaters and other means of heating. We offer more than 100 models of RizurBox-C series products.
Specialists of the metalwork shop produce component parts for RIZUR devices and equipment using modern high-tech equipment. The shop is equipped with bending and turning machines, welding areas, laser engraving and cutting machines. Maximum size of cut sheet is 1500x3000 m. There are also 5 turning and dual-spindle machining centers (for turning and milling of metal) of the Japanese firm MAZAK working in the workshop.
Experts of electrical workshops assemble and complete measuring and level control devices.
Specialists of the experimental development department of OOO NPO RIZUR carry out scientific experiments and research, create variants of new products and improve technical characteristics of serial products.
Quality control department certifies products, receives patents and controls the quality of manufactured products. RIZUR warehouse stores products that are ready for shipment and various components for devices and equipment. Specialists of the logistics department process shipping requests, organize delivery of goods to customers and collection of goods from suppliers, without delays - accurately and on time.
On average, RIZUR and KIP-62 produce and sell more than 352,000 pieces of equipment per year. Public and social life of the company.
