Description

 The super-abrasive diamond & CBN sanding belts ( abrasive belts, block, discs, pads, bands) are made with our new production technologe. Made with diamond or CBN, and some other bond materials, resin bond with each other and then electroplated to be the products. The superabrasives coated product can work in dry or wet environment ,The most important preponderance of the diamond and cbn products is high working efficiency, good surface finshing, longer working time, little dust and noise when working.

 

 

Abrasive grinding and polishing belts 

diamond grinding belt has been widely used in various fields, especially increasingly complex shape of diamond tools, with strong grinding performance from beginning to end and keep grinding effect. Compare with the general coated abrasive products, it has the feature of soft back and super hard grinding part.

Diamond grinding and sanding discs

The back of the discs are stickuped with lint, magnetic rubber, adhesive sticker, can be easily hold on the machine by velcro and steel discs, used for grinding polishing different shapes’ workpiece.
