Black gold panning basin for alluvial gold washing and recovery
Gold washing pan is used for washing and separating the gold from the sand, alluvial, placer gold mine, river sand gold mine. It is portable and small, it is suitable for person and small miner go to the river and field to find the gold ore. It also can be used after gold washing trommel and sluice box. It is really a valuve tool for washing gold ore!
Product Application
1. Put some dirt in your gold pan, but not too much, start small.
2. Completly Lower your pan into a tub of water.
3. Shake your pan in the water to turn your dirt 'soupy'. Don't spill any out yet.
4. Tilt your pan slightly and wash water in and out, dirt should be carried out with the water.
5. After washing out some dirt, level out your pan again and shake it some more.
6. Repeat this process until just the heaviest black sands and gold remain.
7. Swirl water across the black sands and tap the edge of your pan to help seperate the gold from sand.

Packing
Normally the machines are taken apart before delivery and are packed by suitable packing ways, the packing ways are as below:
1. Nude packing. Used to pack some equipments that not easy to be disassembled.
2. Bundle packing. Used for the goods which are small, large quantities and wear resistant.
3. Grass rope packing. Used for easily damaged equipments like bearings etc.
4. Water proof packing. Suitable for electric motors, electric control panels etc.
5. Wooden pallets packing. Used for goods with large quantities, easily apart and rolling such as the frames and support rollers of belt conveyor.
6.Wooden box packing. Normally used for small goods like spare parts,laboratory equipments, tools etc.

Usually the equipments are delivered aboard by tracks,trains,or container(sea transportation). and some spare parts or very small goods also support to send by express, our company have built good relationships with large cargo agent and shipping companies which guarantee our products delivered safely and promptly.Sea transportation includes three delivery ways as below:
1.40HQ container: used for goods without overlength, overheight and overweight.
2.FR(Flat Rack) container:suitable for large equipments with overlength,overheight like ball mill,excavator,etc.
3.Bulk cargo shipment (LCL): used for some goods without loading in full container,normally it requires good packing with marks for safety and easy to be trackable.
